How do you get these great deals on nice places?
We closely watch a lot of different sources and share the best. We also build relationships with rental owners and property managers to secure a friendly rate on high quality homes in the best places. We don't do cheap dives in dumpy towns. Owners and managers know that discounting the occasional slow week can lead to extra positive reviews, referrals, and repeat business. It's a win-win.
What kinds of deals can I expect?
The discounts on Go Latebird typically range from 10-50% off the regular nightly rate - and that adds up to $100s in savings for you. We are physically based in Florida, so the majority of our early deals will be Florida coastal homes and condos (not so bad, right?). But the sky's the limit on travel locations we can offer.
How last-minute are the deals?
Some deals will appear within days of the eligible travel period, while others may be posted 1-3 months in advance. Owners know their home's demand best, so we don't place too many restrictions. We suggest you book quickly though because each deal is one-of-a-kind and won't last long.
How is this different from other vacation rental sites?
